The Green Man

All dressed green - even his scooter! - the practical joke-loving
The Green Man is bringing havoc to the streets of Shizuoka.
Grabbing an innocnet bystander in green, he gives her a big hug.
But, he sees green when meeting the green jacketed volunteers.

Don't forget to ask him what his favorite color is before he scoots
off back to Spain!
