flair bartending! Bronx Cheer

Bronx Cheer

Have you ever heard "flair bartending"? It's a rhythmical performance
using the bottle of the cocktail.

First, he performs a "Hand Balance". Which means he juggles the
bottle and then he puts it on the backside of his hand. Next, he puts
the bottle into the shaker which is called "Cup In". Finally, the
cocktail will be served to the audience.

He has 15 years of career as a bartender and 3 years of career in
flair bartending. He will be participating in the Japan cup of flair
bartending on the 4th of November.

He started this performance because he was influenced by the
movie "Cocktail". He usuallly trains after his work. These days he
trains all the time if possible. You can see his performance in
Bronx Cheer in Ryogae-cho in Shizuoka. Why don't you go their
