I'm Forever Blowing Bubbles- the magic of Bubble on Circus /Bubble On Circus

Clear delicate bubbles, bubbles full of magic and bubbles full of dreams float across the blue autumn sky of Shizuoka's Daidogei festival...
Welcome to the world of Bubble On Circus! The husband and wife team of Mariano Guz and Egle Sciarappa (Italy/France) are experts in crafting
bubbles that bring smiles and wonder to their audience. In fact, seeing these happy faces is what inspires Bubble On Circus in their work- they love to see people happy and enjoying their performance.
For the artists, each show is very different, presenting them with various challenges. During street performances, weather can affect the delicate
nature of the bubbles, but even the slightest breeze can help Mariano and Egle to create something fantastic. A certain amount of chemistry is necessary in preparation too. For example, the different composition of the water in Japan also affects how the bubbles will form, so Mariano has little time to experiment with his formula before the Daidogei, whilst in Japan.
Bubble On Circus have been street performers for twenty years. Mariano joined the circus, when he was fifteen and is self-taught, whilst Egle trained
at circus school and in physical theatre in Spain and the Netherlands. Together they combine their experience and talent to bring magic, poetry, illusion
and dreams to their audience.Their message for the audience is "Don't forget to dream. Dreams can be real!!".

Wonderful crown ceme from South Korea! They are Croquiky Brothers!

Date was in November 2, the venue was Doki! Doki! land SBS in Sunpu castle park.

There was a canvas on the stage. Will artists show us drawing pictures?

Suddenly, They started dancing to the rhythm! Next, they put products for canvas on their mouths! And then.....

Sorry, we can't say about their performance better than this because of the message that "Don't tell anyone" is in the guide book.

If you want to know next, please go to "Croquiky Brothers stage" in this festival!

From now on, we are going to introduce about "Croquiky Brothers"!

Two people in this group had performed from the first separately. When they were performing individually, they met by chance.

And then, after forming, they could meet Producer Koga of this world cup! So, they decided to participate in "DAIDOGEI world cup.

If they didn't meet Producer Koga, they don't participate in this world cup probably.

Their aim is "Standing on last stage in this world cup awards." At last, they asked us and audiences a message "Thank you for enjoying our stage and inviting us."

Croquiky Brothers! Thank you for showing us your performance and we are looking forward your challenge!!

"Magic is Everywhere"/ Laurent Piron

This is "Belgian magician" Laurent Piron's first visit in Japan. Piron performed in World showcase and some street performance on November 2nd. His performance brought tons of surprise and huge smiles to the audience in Shizuoka.

Laurent Piron started magic when he was 12 years old. His friend did some magic trick, and he decided to join his friend. He started from small shows, and now people call him "Belgian magician."

Piron's World showcase performance was a story-like structure. Tons of tricks happened during his "daily life." According to Piron, he gets the story ideas from his dream and daily life. Things he thinks he wants to appear or dissapear, he makes it happen during the performance. It was like watching a theater drama, but tricks were happening continuously!

Piron said the reason he likes street performance is that he gets to travel everywhere in the world, such as this visit to Japan, and never feels like working. Also, during street performances, the artist gets direct feedback from the audience. Audience can leave if they are not enjoying the performance, so the artist has to be always entertaining and perfect, according to Piron.

Magic can make reality into something else and make anyone in the world happy, Piron said. I completely agree with him after watching his performance. Piron's performance kept the audience's jaw dropped whole time and left a huge smile on everyone's face.

2 circles worldwide of joy and surprise/ Mr.Dyvinetz

From Chile, South America, and currently based on Barcelona. He acts 2 rings (so called "cyr wheel") which have different diameters,
His performance is absolutely acrobatic, beautiful, and blended slapstick comedy, so impressive!

"I like to take the continuous element, and crywheel is acrobatic, so I like it on the first day I tried."
He talked why he performs with the rings. "Especially taking the smaller one is my favorite, it's too small for me and a little bit challenging."

"Daigogei Worldcup is really famous among the artist in the world. It's an honor to be here."
Although this is the first time to be in Japan for him, he already loves the atmosphere of this festival.
"I feel the energy of the audience, that this show is created together."
"I believe my performance will be better time by time, because the people who have already watched will talk about my performance,
it should be widespead and getting more audience. "
Probably he will talk about Daidogei Worldcup and his experience in Shizuoka to the artist in the world,
and this festival will be more widespead.

He is a really pleasant man. Not only taking picture and signature is OK, but also that he allows us taking picture in the middle of the performance.
Please tell about his performance to your friend. Although he says his English is not good (he speaks Spanish and German),
let's talk to him "Hola, Francisco(his real name)!" You will have wonderful communication.

Breathtaking Trapeze Dance/ Duo eMotion

When Duo eMotion's performance start, you probably wonder if you are watching aerial performance or dance performance. Duo eMotion combines acrobatic trapeze and floor dance movements and create whole new performance as the name "Duo eMotion" suggests. Duo eMotion's performance is not just about crazy acrobatic "motion" but also the "emotion" that the duo expresses through the motions.

Morgane and Pierre Antoine met in a small circus group in France over 10 years ago. The duo started to perform in International Circus school in Montreal in 2010 and has been working on their own since 2013. The trust between them is very strong as you can see from their performance. According to the duo, words are not necessary because they understand each other since they have known each other so long.

The duo combines trapeze and dance together to create a new form of art. Depends on the location, they need to perform without mats. To use all the space on the stage, they have decided to create the whole choreography including both trapeze action and floor dance moves.

While Pierre Antoine holding the trapeze with his feet and holding Morgane's hand, the duo spins high up in the air. It was such a breathtaking performance because of the thrilling acrobatic movements and smooth and graceful dance moves from beginning till the end. If you have a chance, you should definetely check out their breathtaking performance.
