Comfortable distance; Kids ⇔ Art

I feel the different point compared with the view of previous DAIDOGEI fes.
It is the distance between kids and Art.
Kids came to be customed with touching Art.
For example, they like to play with clown, I think.
Long time grow such a atmosphere up.
I wish that such a SHI・ZO・O・KA's kids come to create art things by themselves.

Some say love～/Doukyusei

A heartwarming comedy portraying the relationship of man and woman,
the pair Mie Takakuwa and Kota pantomimes how people repeatedly gets together and split.

Many of the scenes you see in a relationship that Doukyusei acts out are serious in real life,
but Doukyusei is able to portray the scenes in a silly manner to create laughter.

For instance, the relationship of man and woman are represented by a towel and a person using the restroom.
The towel(Mie) wants the person(Kota) to whipe their hands with the towel, as if the towel was the female in
a relationship and the person using the restroom was the male in the relationship. Mie hopes to be embraced by Kota
but because Kota does not wash his hands in the restroom, she is not embraced.

I interviewed Doukyusei and asked them why they use a figurative language to portray man and woman relationship.
Doukyusei smiled and told me it makes serious scenes "cute, funny, and humorous."

Making something serious become silly and funny is something only Doukyusei can do.
Come and see Doukyusei change what you believe to be serious or shocking in life become humorous.

こども ⇔ Artとの距離感

大道芸22周年を経て、最近とっても変化を感じています。
それは「しぞーか」の子供達が年々Artと自然に触れ合えるようになってきている所です♪
大道芸がこんなに浸透する前はこども達がこんなにクラウンとの距離を縮める光景が
なかなか見られませんでした。
大道芸で育った親世代が生み育てたこども達だからこその
長い年月が育んだArtとのバリアフリー。
ここから更にArtを生み出す力へと成長してくれたら嬉しいな～♪♪♪

Volunteers' high motivation cheer this festival up with hot heart

Every year, steering committees try to think about improvement points
that come to brush this festival up.
For example, how to display, premium stage, exhibitation booth, and so on.
But what is the most effective way to improve it...? Let see.
It is exactly to cheer volunteers up.
One of the steering committees; Mr.Okuda find it.


More than 1000 volunteers have a relation with this festival, deeply.
They need great energy & mental power.
The key to brush this festival up is to cheer them up for getting motivation, more and more.

市民ボランティア活性化で会場のパワーをUP

前年より活気ある大道芸を目指して、毎年何か改善をと思考錯誤。
ディスプレイのブラッシュアップ、特設ステージ、展示ブース、
でも大道芸の本番当日のエネルギーの底上げに最も効果のあるものって何だろう…？

それは大会全ての仕事をお手伝いしている市民ボランティアを応援すること！
そこに着眼されたのが実行委員の奥田さ～ん。



大会当日は実に総勢１０００名もの市民ボランティアが会場を作り上げているのです。
市民参加型でここまでの大会を支えるってパワーが要ります！
大道芸をより元気にするためのカギは市民ボランティアのモチベーションUPにあった

今朝の駿府城公園

会場レポート

ミーティング終了後、会場を一周してきました。
金曜日と比べると、各ステージのアーティストさんたちは4，5倍のお客さんに囲まれて
パフォーマンスを行っていました。ですがやはり土曜日の込み具合や盛り上がり具合になれた
アーティストたちはやっと落ち着いたような表情をしてパフォーマンスをしていました。


少し道をすすめるとキリンブースの後ろに
プレミアムステージのチケットを求めに並ぶお客さんたちの長蛇の列が…
列の一番先に並んでいらっしゃった方にお話を聞くと
なんと朝の4時起床、5時に並び始めると言うハードスケジュール！
朝ごはんも準備されて参戦されたチケット争奪戦…。
気合の入れようは見習いたいものです！

もうひとつ　プレミアムステージ　の前に席取りの列。
7時に並び始めたお客さんが一番手です！
彼女の１番楽しみにしているアーティストは"チリー＆フライ(カナダ)"。
彼ら３人のかっこよさをあつーく語る彼女の目はきらきら輝いていました！
今回の午前の部のアーティスト人気No.3は"チリー＆フライ”、”ザ・ロボットボーイズ”、”トムチュック”の３組。
大道芸大好きなお客さんたちが選んだ午前の部お勧めの３組ですが残念ながらチケットが取れなかった方たちや時間が合わなかった方たち
