Encounter With a Silver Man / un-pa

Before you know it, this guy in silver is following you, and mimicking your actions.
He prepares no specific program for his performance.
His quick wit and many tools in his pockets easily enable him to put a smile on people's faces.



He really loves and enjoys being a "walking actor".
That is because, on the streets, there are more possibilities to have fun with an audience than in a theater.

The Art of Contortion / PRINCESS ELAYNE

Many, many fans who longed for her return were lined up in front of the stage.
It was getting more and more crowded closer to the start time.
From children to adults, all were waiting for "the princess" with enthusiasm.

This is her 2nd appearance for DAIDOGEI WORLD CUP.
Last year, she suddenly turned up in Shizuoka like a shooting star.
At that time, people was mesmerized by her elegance and graceful flexiblity.

One of the most popular performances in her show is
shooting an arrow with only her feet.
Surprisingly, she can hit the center of the target exactly!
She can use her feet as well as her hands.

She is not only beautiful but also a highly sophiscated contortionist.

More than Mime, More han Guidebook this time / MORE THAN MIME THEATER

He built a whole new costume
and regenerated a bubble machine for this festival.
Since this is the premiere show of the refined bubble man,
we couldn’t explain about the spectacle in the guidebook.
So you'll have to see for yourself!
He is roving through Shizuoka with so many and huge bubbles.
